All Shipping & Returns requests should arrive us within 5-9 days after the date the package was delivered.
We always send out our shoes with original boxes. If you demand for another packing form, please let us know in time.
If you don't receive your order within the time period, Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, customs clearing process, or carrier complications.

Return Policy:
Our online shop promise that we can unconditional return refund within 7 days; if the goods already to be damaged or used, we can not agree refund.

Returned goods, please ensure the integrity of packaging and tag,after receive your goods, we will give you a refund.

We promise you of the right order package.So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to 40$ restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
